   The easiest and quickest way to prepare a delicious tempeh dish is simply by grilling them using a small low-priced portable grill unit that you can place on your kitchen table. 

I use a brush to baste lightly the outside of the tempeh slices with virgin olive oil and grill them, turning
each from side to side. If that doesn't excite you or turn your taste buds on you can brush them with your
favorite barbeque sauce, Chili-O seasoning mix, or any seasoning or sauce that you like. Please test taste a small piece first and see if you like it that way. If you like a little more salt, you can add and mix the salt in your olive oil. My guess is that you can also add almost anything that you can imagine of to your olive oil, mix them well, and use a medium-width brush to lightly baste your tempeh. There's no need to saturate them with anything. But test-taste them first. You can always add more seasonings later.
