Our favorite tempeh drink # 1:

4 oz of our fresh tempe (pre-cook tempeh first in microwave oven at high heat for
about 4-5 minutes, or longer, if the tempeh is frozen to "neutralize" the yeast,
1 1/2 of  a large Roman tomato,
1/4 medium size avocado, OR 1/4 medium size pear, OR 1/2 medium size banana
1 1/2 cup water to start, add a little more at a time if tempeh drink is still too thick
to easily turn in the blender.

You may add 1 small package of Splenda OR Equal OR Stevia Extract sweetener if
you like sweet

Put all of them in a blender, and blend them well into a fairly smooth puree-like consistency.

Our favorite tempeh drink # 2:

1 medium size cucumber,
1 medium size bitter melon
4 celery stalks
1 fresh green bell pepper,
1 small green apple

Place all of them through a good juicer, collect the juice and put them aside.
Pre-cooked 4 oz of our tempeh in a microwave oven, as explained above.
Finally place the tempeh and the juice you have collected in a blender and
run it until you get a fairly smooth consistency of tempeh and juice.

You may get two or more cups of tempeh drink, but drink them all, and eat nothing
more for breakfast if you are on a limited calorie intake.

If you are a diabetic check you blood sugar 2 hours after you drink the tempeh.

Enjoy!
