Here's a simpleTempeh salad that you can
make tonight for the whole family to enjoy. I have no
secret recipe other than what you'll find in the box to your
right. Simply follow the instruction on the box and you'll
have a nice dinner.
I bought a package of my fresh
blend of salad from the supermarket, a bottle of Ranch salad
dressing, and a small can of Red Kidney beans.
A
variety of seasoned coating mix are available on the shelves
in your grocery store, just pick what you like and what looks
good to you. Or you can make your own.
Cut our
Soytempeh in rectangular shapes, about 3 3/4 " x 1 1/4" x 1/4"
thick. Briefly soak them in water to moisten the surface of
the Tempeh before you put them in a shaker bag.
Bake
them in a baking pan for about 10 minutes at 400°
F.
