    Ingredients:

1. One-half of 11 oz.Indonesian Cuisines tempeh.
2. Wonton skins.
3. Three cloves of crushed and finely chopped garlic
4. One tablespoon chopped green onions
5.
One-quarter teaspoonful of salt.
6. One medium size egg
7. One-eighth teaspoonful of freshly ground black pepper.
8. One tablespoonful of bread flour.

    Preparation:

1. Slice and chop the tempeh to the size of ground beef, put them
in a plastic sandwich bag. Pre-cook the "ground" tempeh in a
    microwave oven (high heat)
for about 90 seconds, and place them in
    a small bowl.
2. Put the garlic, green onion, salt, black pepper, and flour in the bowl

and mix thoroughly with the "ground" tempeh.
3. Beat the egg (egg white) and mix well inside the bowl. Add some
water if the mixture is too dry.
4. Lay the wonton skins on a cutting board
5. Scoop about a teaspoonful of the tempeh mixture and place them in
the center of each wonton skin.
6. Brush the sides/edges of each wonton layer with some water
7. Fold the sides to form a wonton triangle.
8. Steam, put in boiling water, or deep fry the wontons in hot oil.
Note: If you choose to steam or put the wontons in boiling water you
need not pre-cook the tempeh in the microwave oven. See step #1 of
    this section.
9. Serve hot or warm. Enjoy!
