Cut a
piece of tempeh in small thin rectangular sizes shown
on your right..
Make a batter
using 100 gram of rice flour, 1 tbs regular flour, 125 ml of
water and mix to an even consistency.
Finely chopped
one green onion shown
here..

Place in a mortar (bowl-shaped
vessel) 2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper, 1 red
shallot, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of
ground coriander and use a pestle to pound, crush and
mix to a paste-like substance.
Mix all
of the above in a medium size bowl as shown on the picture
below, and place the tempeh pieces in the
batter
Heat
in a medium saucepan some vegetable oil to about 225°
F. and fry the Tempeh until light
brown or slightly crunchy.

Serve
hot. Enjoy....
