After chicken strips, salmon strips, beef strips, now why not Tempeh strips?. Here is a recipe that
you can easily make in your kitchen and doesn't take much time to do it. But first you must cut our Soytempeh in strips as shown on the picture to your right. You would then put aside 2 eggs, flour, black pepper, breadcrumbs, cheese and a tray to bake them. As I am typing the instructions on how to make these delicious Tempeh strips, I will also take pictures of the steps to make it easier  for you to visualize and understand. Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, right?

Roll and cover the Tempeh strips in the flour, dip and roll them in egg white, and then roll them again in
your favorite brand of  bread crumbs. After you have done this, line a baking tray with aluminum foil sheet and lay the strips on the tray separately and not too close together. Preheat your oven up to about 400° F and bake the Tempeh strips in the oven for about 10 minutes. That's it. I like to eat them just like that after they are out from the oven, but you may dip them in your favorite dip which you can make it yourself or buy from the supemarkets.

Enjoy.....!
