Krupuk in Indonesia is the equivalent to potato chips in America. The difference is that if you want to make potato chips with onion flavor, for instance, you have to spray the potato chips with onion powder after they are fried, whereas in krupuk you mix the onion powder, and other ingredients, with the tapioca flour, and then you fry them at the end of the process.

We make our krupuk with tapioca flour and mix them with tofu, tempeh, garlic, onion, salt, nuts, beans, and other secret spices and seasonings from the Far East.

How do they taste? They make your mouth water (drool) - delicious!
