Tempeh Milk

  My tempeh milk is made by first steaming good quality tempeh in a steamer for 5 -10 minutes, place it in a blender, add one to two cups of water, and blend them together in a blender until they are mixed well and smooth. If you like dark chocolate you can grab some from the check out counter next to the cashier. If you like strawberries, you may add them too in your blender. If you like pineapple flavor, you may add it, and anything else you like - broccoli, kale, cherries, banana. There you have it, your nutritious and delicious tempeh milk drink.
